Do you worry too much about life?

Tips to stop worrying
How to stop worrying?

Do you worry too much thinking what will happen to your life? It’s good, you should worry about your life. No one else gonna worry for your life. But do you worry too much that its spoiling your fashionable life style? You shouldn’t worry too much. Now, How to stop worrying too much?

I am going to help you with few tactics that I apply in my life. So let’s start-

There’s no magic formula that will stop you worrying. But you have few steps, if you follow them you can definitely deal with your worries.

These steps are known as problem solving steps-

  1. Get the facts.
  2. Analyze the facts.
  3. Arrive at a decision—and then act on that decision

Do you know Aristotole? He was a great philosopher and polymath at the time of Ancient Greece. This method was taught by him. Yes, it’s that simple. And you must use it if you want to solve your problems that are harassing you.

GET THE FACTS:

It is very important to get the facts, because unless you have the facts you can  not possibly attempt to solve the problems intelligently. Without the facts you’ll be in confusion and confusion is the chief cause of worry.

H.E Hawkes, Dean, Columbia University says ‘Half the worry in the world is caused by people trying to make decisions before they have sufficient knowledge on which to base a decision. As an example, he said- “If I have a problem which has to be faced at three o clock next Tuesday, I refuse to even try to make a decision about it until next Tuesday arrives. In the meantime I concentrate on getting all the facts that bear on the problem. I don’t worry,” he said.

“I don’t agonize over my problem. I don’t lose any sleep. I simply concentrate on getting the facts. And by the time Tuesday rolls around, if I’ve  got all the facts, the problem usually solves itself.”

So, When a decision is reached after completely analysing the facts then execute the decision, throw all responsibilities and stop even caring about the outcome. That means, don’t lose yourself in self-doubting which begins other doubts.

So. Why don’t you employ this technique to one of your worries right now?

Ask yourself these-

a) What am I worrying about?

 b) What can I do about it?

 c) Here is what I am going to do about it.

 d) When am I going to start doing it?

If you’ve found your answers applying these then come back and type yes in the comment section.

3 Basic tips on How to handle peoples

If you are facing problems in dealing people here you go with few tips how to handle with them:

Don’t Criticize, condemn or complain:

In stead of condemning people, try to understand them. Try to figure out why they do what they do. That’s a lot more profitable and intriguing than criticism; and it breeds sympathy, tolerance and kindness. “To know all is to forgive all”.

Give honest and sincere appreciation:

Every man you meet is your superior in some way. So, learn from them. Try to figure out other person’s good points. Give honest, sincere appreciation. Be hearty in approbation and lavish in your praise and people will cherish your words and treasure them and repeat them over a lifetime.

Arouse in the other person an eager want:

What do you love? What do you want? If you stick on only you, you can not handle people. If you go for fishing don’t think what you want, think what they want. You have to dangle a worm in to it and then the fish will come to you.

First arouse in other person an eager want. He who can do this has the world with him. He who cannot walks a lonely way.
