Bernard Arnault is Chairman and CEO of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton, the world’s leading luxury products group.
Bernard Arnault
Born to an industrial family in Roubaix, France on March 5, 1949, Mr. Arnault attended the Roubaix lycée and the Faidherbe lycée in Lille. He then went on to study at the Ecole Polytechnique.
He began his professional career that year as an engineer with the Ferret-Savinel construction company and successively was promoted to various executive management positions before becoming Chairman in 1978.
Mr. Bernard Arnault remained there until 1984, when he undertook the reorganization of the Financière Agache holding company. He returned the group to profitability as he embarked upon a strategy of developing the world’s leading luxury products company. In the process, he reinvigorated Christian Dior as the cornerstone of the new organization.
In 1989, Mr. Arnault became the majority shareholder of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton, creating the world’s leading luxury products group. Mr. Arnault has been Chairman and CEO of the company since that date.
Mr. Arnault is also President of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.E. (his family holding company).

LVMH (Louis Vuitton)
In July 1988, Arnault provided $1.5 billion to form a holding company with Guinness that held 24% of LVMH’s shares. In response to rumors that the Louis Vuitton group was buying LVMH’s stock to form a “blocking minority”, Arnault spent $600 million to buy 13.5% more of LVMH, making him LVMH’s largest shareholder. In January 1989, he spent another $500 million to gain control of a total of 43.5% of LVMH’s shares and 35% of its voting rights, thus reaching the “blocking minority” that he needed to stop the dismantlement of the LVMH group. On 13 January 1989, he was unanimously elected chairman of the executive management board.

From 1998 to 2001, Arnault invested in a variety of web companies such as Boo.com, Libertysurf, and Zebank through his holding Europatweb. Groupe Arnault also invested in Netflix in 1999.

Mukesh Ambani (born 19 April 1957) is an Indian billionaire business magnate, and the chairman, managing director, and largest shareholder of Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), a Fortune Global 500 company and India’s most valuable company by market value. He is currently the richest man in Asia with a net worth of US$81.6 billion and as of 28 July 2020 he is listed on Forbes as the 5th richest person in the world.
Mukesh Ambani, the richest person in India and all of Asia, has more than doubled his wealth in the past 10 years.
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani’s net worth has been soaring as investments keep pouring in for Jio Platforms. Earlier this week on Thursday Ambani pipped Steve Ballmer to become the fifth-wealthiest person on the planet with a net worth of $77.4 billion (Rs 5.78 lakh crore). On Friday, his wealth rose a further $3.5 billion to $80.9 billion (Rs 6.04 lakh crore), bringing him closer to Mark Zuckerberg whose net worth according to Bloomberg Billionaires Index as of today (July 25) is $87.7 billion.
Ambani entering the elite club of world’s five richest people is just the latest milestone for the 63-year-old billionaire whose fortune has surged by $22.3 billion (Rs 1.66 lakh crore) since the beginning of the year. As per Bloomberg Billionaire Index data, the Reliance chairman has jumped nine places on the Index since January as shares of his oil to telecom giant have surged 145% from a low of Rs 867.82 in March after the company got Zukerberg on board.
The uptick movement in shares is buoyed by recent investments from firms including Facebook Inc., Silver Lake and BP Plc. Note that Ambani has added $15.5 billion (Rs 1.15 lakh crore) to his fortune in just July amid a record-breaking rally in the shares of Reliance Industries on back of investor euphoria owing over Jio.

Ambani and his family live in a 27-story skyscraper in Mumbai that cost an estimated $1 billion to build, which would make it one of the most expensive homes anywhere in the world.
Mukesh Ambani lived only briefly in Yemen because his father decided to move back to India in 1958 to start a trading business that focused on spices and textiles. The latter was originally named “Vimal” but later changed to “Only Vimal. His family lived in a modest two-bedroom apartment in Bhuleshwar,Mumbai until the 1970s.
The family’s financial status slightly improved when they moved to India but Ambani still lived in a communal society, used public transportation, and never received an allowance.[11] Dhirubhai later purchased a 14-floor apartment block called ‘Sea Wind’ in Colaba, where, until recently, Ambani and his brother lived with their families on different floors
Mukesh Ambani later enrolled for an MBA at Stanford University but withdrew in 1980 to help his father build Reliance, which at the time was still a small but fast-growing enterprise. His father felt that real-life skills were harnessed through experiences and not by sitting in a classroom, so he called his son back to India from Stanford to take command of a yarn manufacturing project in his company.
Mukesh Ambani has been quoted as saying that he was influenced by his teachers William F. Sharpe and Man Mohan Sharma because they are “the kind of professors who made you think out of the box.
Mukesh Ambani has changed the game by entering the world’s top 5 richest list as for decades, the world’s five richest people comprised a little-changed group dominated by Americans, one or two Europeans and, occasionally, a Mexican. It seems like forever since people have been seeing the names of Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffett in the world’s richest list. Jeff Bezos dethroning Bill Gates as the world’s richest was certainly a game-changer. However, Bezos is also an American meaning the top spots still have little to no diversity.
That changed this week when Ambani entered the top 5 club pipping former Microsoft boss Steve Ballmer. Three of the top 5 richest people on the planet are from the US. One is from France and now there is an Indian in there as well. In fact, out of the top 10 richest persons on the Bloomberg Index, eight are Americans. Ambani is not only the richest Indian but he is also the richest Asian in the list.
It is worth noting that the RIL chairman cracked the group of the 10 richest people just last month when he surpassed Warren Buffett, now ranked No. 6. He then overtook Elon Musk and Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page days later to become the sixth richest person and finally on Thursday, he surpassed Ballmer to become the world’s fifth-richest person in the world.
Jeffrey Preston Bezos is an American internet entrepreneur, industrialist, media proprietor, and investor. He is best known as the founder, CEO, and president of the multi-national technology company Amazon.
William Henry Gates III is an American business magnate, software developer, investor, and philanthropist. He is best known as the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation.
Bernard Jean Étienne Arnault is a French billionaire businessman and art collector. He is the chairman and chief executive of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton SE, the world’s largest luxury-goods company. In April 2018, he became the richest person in fashion, topping Zara’s Amancio Ortega.
Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is an American media magnate, internet entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is known for co-founding Facebook, Inc. and serves as its chairman, chief executive officer, and controlling shareholder.
Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani is an Indian billionaire business magnate, and the chairman, managing director, and largest shareholder of Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), a Fortune Global 500 company and India’s most valuable company by market value.

“All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up”
Everyone has cancer. Cancer cells are made in every human body. And our immune system has the power to destroy the cancer cells. Dr Jamal A Khan, Founder of DENVAX, says cancer is a test for doctors, not a test for patient. Cancer board decides what kind of treatment they will choose. In cancer board they decide which treatment they will opt first in that stage. There are three treatments in cancer – a) Surgery b) Chemotherapy and c) Radiation..
Cancer is the name of a collection of related diseases. In all types of cancer, some of the body’s cells begin to divide without stopping and spread into surrounding tissues.
Cancer can start almost anywhere in the human body, which is made up of trillions of cells. Normally, human cells grow and divide to form new cells as the body needs them. When cells grow old or become damaged, they die, and new cells take their place
Everyone has cancer. Cancer cells are made in every human body. And our immune system has the power to destroy the cancer cells. When this immune energy lose its balance it causes cancer
Our body develops millions of cells everyday. Our life is based on growth of these cells.
Everyday new cells grow and old cells get destroyed. This action starts when a baby is in mother’s womb and run tills death. A baby forms in mothers womb by two cells, one from father and one from mother. When the baby born it’s weight is nearly 3kg and it is because of multiplication of cells from earlier two invisible particle cells. In these millions of cells, some abnormal and damaged cells are formed. Our immune system detects these cells and destroys it time to time. Sometimes our immune system fails to detect these cells and growth of these cells forms a system which is called Cancer. These cells starts damaging body tissues and organs it can not be detected. This is the reason why Cancer’s detected late always.
Causes of cancer
There are lots of causes. Eg: Food habits, Excercises, Environment where are you living and Social circle also, how you are socialising like how many partners we have in life and with whom we live. There are few infections which makes cancer fierce like Hepatitis B causes liver cancer. Some viral infections like HPV viral infection which makes cancer mostly in women and man too.
A problem in cancer is that when to be diagnosed? As for example when lung cancer happens most of the time people starts with the treatment of TB and the come to know after 2 months that they don’t have TB they are diagnosed with Cancer. In India it is most common incident in the case of Lung Cancer. Usually it takes 2 months of time for diagnosis of cancer. So it depends on Doctor’s capability to check if the TB patient do have Cancer or not. It can be checked doing tests and investigations if he have cancer or not. Because if cancer occurs it’s always good to diagnose it early and start the treatment
What to do if cancer occurs?
There are two-three types of preliminary steps in Cancer. First thing is consultation with the doctor. The Doctor must know the history of the disease. Next is Doctor’s examinations, how he has examined the patient physically. As example if patient has intestine cancer then it results blood loss and black stools or sometimes black stools and red stools, urinal bleeder etc. Other symptoms like sudden weight of loss, nonstop coughing from long period, food stuck in the food pipe and needs water to make it to stomach, less haemoglobin etc. Biopsy is important to detect cancer. C-T scan can detect cancer by giving a different colour to cancer cells.
Third step is defining the treatment protocol. Doctors usually have a committee which is called Cancer Board. Cancer board decides what kind of treatment they will choose. In cancer board they decide which treatment they will opt first in that stage. There are three treatments in cancer –
Surgery
Chemotherapy and
Radiation.
The board determines the aim of the treatment and what benefit it will give to the patient. They also determines the amount of money it will need for the treatment. The amount of money it needs to treat, does it will give the result you wanted? Or after spending that much money there will be no result. Because in Cancer the people who become poor being rich before, Cancer is the top reason of which makes rich peoples poor.
These are few famous Bollywood celebrities who were diagnosed with Cancer in recent years:
Why do this most healthy and hygienic and rich Celebrities gets Diagnosed with cancer? It’s said that healthy and hygienic peoples always stay away from illness. But in the case of Cancer it is different. One of the most serious cause of cancer is food habits. Do these celebrities have similar food habits which is causing them cancer? It’s said that Red Meat (Beef, lamb, Mutton, Pork etc.) is one of the source of cancer because it has been found in a medical research that Red meat contains NEU5GC sugar molecules which is difficult to synthesize by normal human body. WHO says that it causes colorectal cancer which starts from stomach and can reach any part of body.
Red meats have benefits like it gives strength to the body and it glows body colour. Celebrities take these because it is important for them to maintain a good physique with good look. So Red meat is a regular diet for the celebrities
